HISTORY

Gravitas Group was established in 2013 as a consultancy firm, specialized in the development of tools and systems for the improvement in the management of companies and organizations for them to have a process of substantial and continuous improvement in their commercial, organizational and human resources. In its beginnings, Gravitas Group provided consulting services exclusively to State-Owned Enterprises in Uruguay, setting up management restructures and developing specific projects.

The company experienced sustained growth and began to provide project management and strategic planning services, this being a new service provided. In the rapid process of growth, Gravitas managed to transcend borders and access new clients in several countries and a wide range of industries, from human resources firms to oil companies.

Currently, Gravitas Group intends to lead the internationalization agency and consultancy services market in Uruguay and Latin America. The exceptional quality of the company’s human talent makes it possible to grant, as previously thought, continuous improvement processes for companies and organizations.
